Setting Goals

It is important to work towards meaningful goals that will make a difference to your family's life each day. For example, we would love to support you to achieve daily routines more easily or participate in the community more readily. All the while we will utilise your child's strengths and interests to achieve the best outcomes.

We will often work with you to set short term goals to assist you in achieving sometimes bigger, longer-term goals. It is through these smaller goals that you will really see the progress you and your child are making.
