About Day by Day

Our director Ailie is a Speech Pathologist who has been working with families, babies, children and adolescents since graduating from Flinders University in 2011. She is a certified practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). Ailie has experience working in various services in Melbourne and Adelaide such as clinics, homes, childcares and primary and secondary schools. She loves targeting speech, language, early communication, play and social skills but has experience in a number of other areas too. Ailie has expert knowledge in early intervention and the NDIS. 

Ailie is a fun, flexible and down-to-earth Speechie. She loves working as a team with families and teachers to implement practical solutions and ideas so that practice towards goals can happen day-by-day! 

When not working as a Speech Pathologist, Ailie is also a new mum to a beautiful little boy.
